New MILF on the block

The makeup folks and directors who work with Mariska Hargitay on NBC's Law & Order: Special Victims Unit won't have to figure out clever ways to hide Hargitay's pregnancy in future episodes.

The 42-year-old actress gave birth to a boy Wednesday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

She and actor husband Peter Hermann, a recurring guest star on her series, were married on August 28, 2004.

Hargitay's first child was delivered via caesarean-section because she was not able to deliver the traditional way one week after the due date. The baby's name was not reported to the press.
